We went here on our way back to Tennessee after a 10 day Cruise. We were hoping to see a Alligator. We saw a gator up close in a small pond, also saw several Turtles. Nice Place.

5 stars to the visitors center and the helpful folks that work there. Super informative. 4 stars to the bayou at the end of the Loop Trail - always an alligator there. Don't waste your time on the 1/2 mile trail - very disappointing especially...More

We went here with our family from Massachusetts, and they loved it. We hiked around, then we went to a pond and saw an alligator. Our cousins had never seen one before, and it was definently a trip to remember!

Great place to go. Saw nesting birds and several turtles. The visitors center has a lot of information about the area. Well worth a stop.

Every year my extended family meets here for a reunion. The restrooms have been recently upgraded. There is plenty of places to have picnics and parties. Campgrounds are also available. Hiking trails, seeing alligators in there natural habitat is exciting.

My sister and I were picnicking at the Davis Bayou area picnic grounds. She told me she saw one. So we ate, then we went to the visitor center. We watched the movie, looked at the exhibits, and talked to the ranger. We went back...More

I live by the one in Ocean Springs, first off the is no beach on that park. Ocean Springs beaches about 2 or 3 miles away permit dogs.

Camping is very pleasant. Water and electric only? Minutes from restaurants, shipping and casinos. Highly recommend.
