Cool little model train museum. Great for kids and families. The kids can walk around and look at the trains moving! Would definitely go back.

We hadn't intended to visit the railroad museum; didn't expect it to be very interesting. However, we were so wrong! After the Visitors' Bureau representative encouraged us to visit the museum, we did. The gentlemen staffing the museum were definitely train aficionados and eagerly turned on the train for us to enjoy! The amount of detail in the scenery and the size of the train are both amazing. The drive-in movie scene actually showed a movie! We visited prior to Easter and a scavenger hunt of easter eggs and decorations were hidden in the scenery for kids to enjoy. We enjoyed them too! It was definitely worth our time to visit the museum. No charge to enjoy it but they have a donation box for contributions.

Wow. This was unexpected. While our wives was doing some shopping, we went into this museum and it was exceptional, model train sets go from be end to the other end. The detail on the setup was extraordinary. Actually circled the entire exhibit multiple times exploring the detail put into this train set up. It is well with the time spent to tour this place.

...and the layout is cool: It's around 20 x 7', and it's unusual to see real fine scale modeling in O. Beyond that, the exhibits on the walls around have a fascinating overview of the history of the Delta and of Cleveland.

Very detailed miniature train museum with lots of different scenes. The museum is free but you can leave a donation. The walls have lots of historic pictures and tools of the region. The gentlemen that staff the museum are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is a must see if you are in Cleveland

I took a business partner over after he had mentioned his interest in model trains. I said I have just the place for you! He was amazed as was I since it had been several years since I had been in. It's an incredible layout with several trains running at once. Great detail in the buildings and landscape and a dedicated and knowledgeable staff.

If you are in Cleveland, Mississippi, do not pass the chance to see this wonderful Museum. Children and adults will be so impressed at the detailed work that has been put into this display of a variety of trains. The staff is so very friendly and helpful. The senior volunteers really do a wonderful job at maintaining the trains. Don't miss this museum!!

I've been here by myself, taken the grandchildren and I'll go again, GLW! Visits there inspired me to starting building structures for my ICRR HO scale version of Cleveland at its zenith of passenger and freight train days. Lisa Miller is wonderful director and she has some excellent "engineers" there to operation the O-scale layout. Many RR memorabilia there, too.

The lady in charge gave lots of information and the 2 senior volunteers in charge were lovingly taking care of the trains and so much more to see, they have a little office and information about how the African-Americans used to place the tracks.
