This is a really great park for kids of all ages. Good toilet facilities as well, and always plenty of parking. We often spend the full day here in the holidays - the addition of a coffee/snack/ice-cream van on holiday days would be amazing!

A great place to go if you need a bit of space to wear the kids out, bigger than your average suburban park, plenty of grass areas, tree lined, maze, pedal monorail, toilets and BBQ's.

The park is obviously popular for picnics, and includes a pedal train for kids, and disc golf, where players throw a frisbee like disk towards baskets hung in the trees. There is a stage area and an information centre. Well worth a visit.

This park sports many children's recreation equipment, set amongst attractive gardens. (The numerously hued hippeastra were flowering at the time of my visit..wonderful for the little folk, so colourful!)Barbecues worked efficiently.
