While I appreciated the service of taking a canoe down the river and being picked up and driven back to the starting point, there were a few details that were left out. This was our first foray into this type of activity and I was...More

Thank you for your feedback. We have so many repeat customers, I think our staff forgets that they need to be more informative and they need to check to make sure people have all of the information they need before they leave.

I booked our Kayaks on- line for this adventure because booking on line saved us $10 for each kayak rented so $25.50 for a kayak, paddle, and life jacket instead of $35.50. The pick up location is within a Minnesota state park so if you...More
Booked online and they had our reservation when we got there. This was our 1st time on this river and all the staff were really helpful. There were a lot of people on the river but we never felt crowded. The 2-3 hour trip ended...More

We have no age restrictions. You know your children better than we do. Children 12 years old and under are required to wear a life jacket. 4 y olds are typically fine as long as they don't stand up in the canoe. I would... More
We have no age restrictions. You know your children better than we do. Children 12 years old and under are required to wear a life jacket. 4 y olds are typically fine as long as they don't stand up in the canoe. I would recommend renting 2 canoes and 1 kayak. That way the 5 people can paddle at a time, and one person can sit in the middle of the canoe.
