This trail starts from the Gateway or you can ride the other direction from Stillwater. It is lovely with lush foliage, wildflowers, birds, and a very old stone bridge across part of the creek. It can be a quick way to unwind after a busy...More

My hubby and I headed out onto this trail with our Segway. We mingled with walkers, joggers, bicycles, roller-blades, and more. The trail is beautiful! Lots of large growth trees, flowers, creeks, etc. you hardly even notice the surrounding roads and homes.

This is a really nice trail, well shaded and scenic! If you start at the trail head you barley have to pedal (if you are on a bike) there is a gradual slope from Dellwood to Stillwater. The trail is heavily used by families, cyclists,...More

While the body of this trail is typical of the paved bike/hike pathways throughout Minnesota, the newest of the state trails starts in downtown Stillwater at the eastern end and connects up with the popular Gateway Trail at Brown's Creek's western terminus. The five mile...More

This is an awesome black top trail that extends from Stillwater Mn.on an old railroad bed so the incline is easy to bike or walk. It connects to the gateway trail from St. Paul and goes for many miles through the country.

This trail starts in downtown Stillwater. It is a pleasant ride on a paved former railroad line. Not overly steep on the way north and west but really nice on the downslope coming back to town.

Bike - walk - sedgeway - rollerblade in beauty while enjoying the sound of the rushing waters of Brown's Creek as it winds its way to the St. Croix River. Because it is a railroad bed the incline is minimal going west, and you can...More
