I have been enjoying the Grand Rounds since I moved to Minneapolis in the 80s. Biking in Mpls has improved making it one of the best cycling cities. The Grand Rounds is still a fabulous ride especially along the Mississippi during fall colors 🍂🍁🚴....

This tour of Minneapolis lakes can easily be done in a day. Signage is excellent. Trail users are typically well behaved and the scenery is not to be missed. Be sure to visit the Lake Harriet band shell. A treat from another era.
