This is just a fantastic area to go walking and view a beautiful lake, especially in the fall. Uptown shopping is literally a block away.

You will not regret riding the grand round tour, gear up for it as it is challenging, but worth the ride.

This tour of Minneapolis lakes can easily be done in a day. Signage is excellent. Trail users are typically well behaved and the scenery is not to be missed. Be sure to visit the Lake Harriet band shell. A treat from another era.

An extensive pathway for biking and walking. I only walked a portion of it but if I lived in the area, it is definitely worth exploring most of the pathways.

Enjoyed the trails however a little disappointing that Minneapolis bike trails appear to be designed for recreation and not transport as they fail to connect with each other.
