Beautiful waterfall just inside Minneapolis. Easy to walk to with excellent sidewalks and parks to pass through as well. Glad I visited!

There are so many walking paths and things to see. I suggest having a trail map available before you go as the information in the park is spotty and you could easily lose track of where you are. I guess the sound of the falls...More

Very easy to visit. We took the train directly to the park and it was a quick stroll over to the falls. There is a nice view without taking the stairs, but the stairs are just a few levels down. Very beautiful.

Riding along the bike path, it was a unique surprise to spot the falls. Added to the scenic nature of my ride. History described on plaques along the river

THIS. Go see this. Even if you must park and walk a bit, this is so worth it. Gorgeous falls, woods, wooded park, and walking paths. Wear comfy shoes, as following the river requires a lot of walking, some over rough terrain. If you don't...More

This is a terrific place to visit, especially within a day or two of rain. The falls is very dramatic. There's also Minnehaha Creek and a statue that kids like. It's VERY important to keep young children close as without supervision they could fall into...More

Minnehaha Falls are very close to the MSP airport. It is a beautiful area for walking or just enjoying the beauty if you like to be out of doors.

There are many you can find in Minneapolis Downtown or St Paul. Else Air BNB is another good option

Depends on how far away you want to park. There is metered parking in the park, but on weekdays or early you can park for free on the street.
