Great park, really nice trails. We ran a half-marathon out there, there are trails that suit all ability levels. Great for families with pets too.

This is hard to find and definitely private, maybe too private. Don’t go alone. There are very steep trails one could fall on and be stuck in a wet ravine, many, many bugs, Interesting, but go prepared with a partner.

Tucked on the right hillside off Hwy. 169 driving south of St. Peter a few miles before Mankato, this nice family picnic and walking park is quaint along a stream - large enough for Reunions or other gatherings, with ample paved parking. *Up above the...More

I have used this park for hiking and geocaching. It is a nice park for a summer picnic and short hikes. Some of the trails are quite hilly.

Winter trails for skiing and snowshoeing as well as hiking. Bridges over the creek which at times can be running full. Great for any outdoorsman.

I lived here for 25 years before I discovered the park. Now I go year around. Don't expect cell service on the trails but you can log some serious hilly miles if you want. Or you can enjoy a leisurly walk on your lunch hour....More

It's a fun place to go and relax and take a walk. One of the better places to have a picnic and/or a family reunion. The Park Ranger is a neat guy, too!!!!
