Beautiful lighthouse but even better view outside - a total panoramic view of the water. I would spent at least an hour just taking it all in.

We stopped at the lighthouse on our tour of the northern end of PEI. It is one of the few you can actually go into and climb to the top. It has a series of increasingly steep stairs/ladders. Once at the top, though, the view...More

We stayed here one night in June 2018 and loved it! The room was clean and quiet, the waves and the sound of the light lulls you to sleep. I would definitely stay again even if William (the ghost) kept opening our bathroom door :)...More

Wish we had known that there was an Inn here ... they even have a couple of rooms right in the tower of the lighthouse! Would have been amazing! You can climb to the top of this lighthouse ... tricky and steep stairs, but well...More

The lighthouse and beach were a pleasant walk from our cottage. Don't miss either. The lighthouse is fun to visit, and the beach is wonderful. On the walk to and from, you'll see great flora and local foxes.

For a delightful, calm visit. Come enjoy the sound of the ocean by the red sand beaches. I've travelled plenty in my life and can honestly say that I have only see red sand beaches in Australia so how awesome was it to find some...More

Stopped in here on our North Coastal drive visit. Very pretty and one of the different lighthouses on the island. Even got to see a red fox during our visit.

If you want a true PEI experience, tour this lighthouse museum and stay at the attached inn. The beach is beautiful and offers a few miles of walking along the red shore. At night, the lights of New Brunswick twinkle in the far distance. Foxes...More

We stopped at many lighthouses along the shore during a recent road trip. The West Point Lighthouse stood out among many others because of its black and white stripes, which make it a little different than all the others. There is a beach to wander...More

Hi, I am afraid that I will have to agree with Jonathan. PEI is bigger than you think, and you will need to rent a car to get most places. Charlotte town is great to explore, with lots to see and do. You can check local... More
