Looking for something to do in Livarot then look no further, an excellent tour explaining the entire cheese-making process from beginning to end. Wonderful cheese free samples too, we found it impossible to not take some boxes home!
The visit is free and the panels and videos are translated to English. I could also watch some of the actual work going on the production line.

Very informative and interesting self guided tour covering all stages of cheese production. It includes videos, in addition to windows overlooking the machines, so you are able to watch cheese actually being made. Free samples of cheese in gift shop at end of tour.
