Very informative and interesting self guided tour covering all stages of cheese production. It includes videos, in addition to windows overlooking the machines, so you are able to watch cheese actually being made. Free samples of cheese in gift shop at end of tour.

A self-guided tour around a cheese factory, with interesting displays too illustrating the context and history of local cheese production. Excellent gift shop. For a free attraction, this provides a good hour or so of interest and a flavour (ba-dum!) of local culture!

Free self guided tour, information available in English and very informative. Samples available of the various cheeses in the shop or you can buy various cheese plates in the cafe. We had a four cheese selection with a glass of apple juice. Very nice.

If you want to taste the best cheeses in Normandy you should visit Fromagerie de Livarot. The taste is amazing and experiencing the production is a great experience. We especially liked Pont l'Eveque and Camembert.
