This waterfall has a nice paved walk. It follows the river until you get to the large waterfall. It is an easy hike. There are also bathrooms on this site.

This waterfall is stunning!!! Its a short walk on a paved walkway. There are steps to go up on either side of the falls to get different views if you chose. If you can't do stairs the view is amazing just on the lower deck.

There is a short, paved walk (about 800 feet to this falls). More water was going over it on the day we visited than I have ever seen before, making it quite impressive. The best part is it is free!

The path to this falls is very short and the waterfall looks awesome. Take the stairway to the right for an even better view if your knees allow.

Munising Falls is not quite as impressive as Castle Falls but it is closer to Munising and is easy to get to the falls, especially for seniors. It is very pretty and peaceful with a beautiful creek running down from the falls. If you don't...More

Only a short hike resulted in this view. While we have seen bigger falls, this one was rather unexpected being so close to the seashore.

Plenty of free parking. No cost to visit. There is a small book shop/Ranger station. Restrooms. Short walk to Falls. Also 2 stairways to view Falls from above.

Peaceful and pretty. We were limited to places we could visit with our dog and this was one of our favorites!

It is mainly uphill, but paved. I would think a 5 year old used to hiking could do it. Hopefully you are planning on this for summer, winter can be pretty severe there.

I think you will be fine. I'm 72 and walk with a cane, but it was do-able.
