Even to non residential guests the root insinuate offers morning meditation sessions that are really light but touching and positive. Highly worth the way there (the Institute is a good walk out of town centre)

For retreating and meditating the Root Institute is great especially friendly to westerners it offers courses, retreats and teachings in Tibetan Buddism. The food and accomadation are good as well.
