We made reservations ahead with the hy-line. They were very helpful. The staff that works there were so friendly. The ride over to Nantucket was quick and smooth. The boat was clean and comfortable!!

If your traveling with young kids or family: whatever you do.. DONT TAKE THE 6:10 or the 9:10. These boats are full of rude gross cigarette smoking workers going over to the island to just work. There are truly disgusting human beings and the line...More

Yes, The SSA is across Lewis Bay (behind Baxter’s), but we usually gravitate to Hyline. We like the Hyline fast ferry boats better, and prefer the embark/debark locations better each side (Hyannis/Nantucket). There are plenty of place to park around the area for all different prices as well as private homes that charge 15-20 a day. Get there early and drive around to look for the best deal. If you are paying in a metered or timed... More
