This park is really beautiful and great if you have pets and kids who want to run around. Parking is easy and camp sites are nice, but there are more than your average amount of ticks. We had 7 in our party and 4 of...More

Downs Park has trails (paved and packed dirt/sand) for walking and biking, a playground, dog park, and music on the "beach." Great for picnics, relaxing, viewing wildlife, and getting exercise in a lovely setting.
