I came here with my toddler son and we had a great time! The park is paved and the animals have nice enclosures that people can see them. The playground was really nice too! Well worth the $6 entrance fee! We will be back!

What a nice park. We walked the 3 mile walking trail. There's many picnic areas, a farm animal area, a sports complex....a really nice day. Kinder Farm Park also has holiday events such as pumpkin patch rides, etc. A really must see in Anne Arundel County Maryland.

Recently purchased a lifetime pass, as Senior Citizen, to this wonderful County venue. Took the grandkids to the farm area to see all the animals, they loved it. Also features great sports fields, picnic areas, running and walking paths and features a frisbee golf course. We are fortunate to live so close to this awesome park.

This is a great place to take your kids for playground fun as well as a decent walking trail. But each time we went through the gate, I felt that the elderly gentleman manning the entrance was unfriendly and one time downright rude. For one thing we paid for an annual membership but it is only for the rest of this year, so we had to pay full annual price for 8 months. Then on our second trip back, he spoke to my mom rudely for not having the sticker for the yearly pass on our window. He started barking that if we do not have the sticker on the window next time, that he would charge us. I was in the back seat, I rolled down my window and told him that he did not have to speak to us like that. That we were given the sticker by him on our last visit and there were no instructions. He said that we should have received this blue paper that he handed us with instructions on where to put it. We never had. I said to him a simple clarification of policy would do but there is no need to be rude. Instead of apologizing, he just kept denying he was rude. I sensed that he is not very good at customer service or maybe he was rude because he thought he was only speaking to my elderly mother. Beware of the gate keeper of this establishment.

Love visiting the animals! How a good laugh at my niece who spotted a black snake sunning himself on a tree. Didnt know she could run that fast. I assured her she had nothing to worry about. The trails in the park as so fun to take a leisurely walk on. Love the community gardens it's my favorite part. Always some gardener to talk to and talk about the love of gardening. You should go check it out.

This is a beautiful little spot with some walking trails that were simple, but a great place to go and get your steps for the day in.

Kinder Farm Park is a jewel in the area. It is a farm park, with an active 4-H club with many animals (you can visit them in the barns and pastures) and sometimes you can buy eggs at the entrance. There are other groups that meet at the park to include quilters, blacksmiths and an active Friends of Kinder Farm Park who welcome volunteers. It is worth it to support the park to join the Friends for $15/year and you get heads-up emails on events and special notifications when baby animals are born so you can go see them. The park is well-maintained by highly-qualified rangers who patrol regularly.

The community gardens are a delight to walk through. There are about 125 20x30' plots that locals rent annually to grow vegetables, fruits, and flowers--another positive for the community.

It is a pleasant park to take a walk or bike ride as there are many meadows that attract a variety of birds and other wildlife. The paved trails are lined with trees, grasses and meadows and there are two very nice playgrounds. There are pavillions available to rent to hold reunions and other social functions--they are pristinely clean with nearby parking.

The park hosts events which draw big crowds. They have food truck evenings and I especially like the fall festival with games, food vendors, and hayrides. All with that 'down on the farm' feeling.

The little museum is worth checking out and the park has clean bathrooms in a couple locations.

There is a fee to enter the park (per car) or you may purchase an annual pass. For those 60 and older you can buy a lifetime pass.

I spend lots of time in Kinder Farm Park. It is like walking in the country and I so appreciate this pocket of nature.
