Never have a party at this place. If I could rate it a “0” I would. The staff harassed and berated my guest the entire party. The manager and staff have no customer service skills and made it clear that me and my guest were not welcome in the facility. They told my 82 year old grandfather he was not welcome into the facility to sing Happy Birthday to his great grandson because he didn’t have an arm band. Trust me. I wouldn’t wish this party experience on my worst enemy. As a Registered Nurse I always strive to provide excellent customer care and ensure my patients are well taken care of. I hope that one day this group of staff members will receive the same experience in their personal lives that they bestowed upon myself, my family, and friends.

Yes, I have been an Anne arundel County resident my entire life and I have never been treated this way.

I will never step foot in this facility again.

The North Arundel center is very family oriented, and there are many swim lanes that are always available and clean.

Traveling from NJ, my family and I decided to rest in MD for the night. We search for something to do with the kiddos and found the aquatic center not too far from our hotel. Price was reasonable and they offered military discount which is a plus.

Both of my sons have done their swim lessons here. This facility is always clean and has friendly associates. We have also gone here for birthday parties they have a nice party room too.

This place is not worth the money for a few hours of swimming (actually wading because there is no depth here), and the passes are incredibly expensive. There are no crosswalks to get here and limited sidewalks, depending on where you are coming from. The intersection of Hidden Brook and Crain Highway is extremely dangerous as many people run the light. I found it incredibly noisy inside because of the acoustics of the place. Children here are not supervised and run all over the place. The only thing I would recommend is the swim lessons; however, you could buy a YMCA membership and save yourself some time and headaches. The only plus is if you have older children that don't need to be watched every second, then you can enjoy the whirlpool while they splash around. Bring headphones or ear plugs though.

Was nice they had separate pool for lane swimming, and another area where you could swim or just exercise...had several classes when I was there...water was not too chilly..lifeguards on duty in both areas.

Attended a birthday celebration at this location. It is a nice pool location. Indoors. Only issue. It was very hot in the pool area. There is a water slide and also lap pools. The age of admittance is age 3 and no swim diapers and potty trained. I don't understand that rationale. The swim diapers provide extra protection for the little swimmers. My grandsons had a ball. They were going round and round in the spiral pool. There is hot tub for adults
The birthday parties are 2 hours in length. They put you out of the party room exactly at 2 hours. You must start on time.
Good place to take the children. Would recommend
