I need to start this review with a disclaimer - during our visit the property was under extreme renovation on the inside to make it more fireproof. This meant that all the beautiful works of art had been safely packed away. And please note that...More

Beautiful gardens and views, the house is currently undergoing safety/fire prevention work and is only partly open but still an interesting place to visit. Enough is open to see the history of the building and its contents'. The guides are very helpful informative and friendly.
