This was not the first time in this park, this cost my daughter would make her birthday.
We were disappointed by the staff who were frankly not friendly, jaded to work.
We ask for the cake, yeah ok we bring it to us, but then without any smile, we lay on the table we leave no sympathy. The least thing asked was
without a smile and still jaded ... clearly they worked because they had to that was the problem ..
So frankly disappointed with the staff... the park itself is great, so are Things to do.

Friendly staff and a great time for all ages! This was my first time at Sherwood Parc and doing a ropes course with zip lines. Awesome experience! I went with my wife, daughter, and mother-in-law. We all had different levels of experience or athleticism and each of us were able to enjoy the park at own pace. I will make this place a regular visit each time I return to France.

Great day with my 8 year old daughter not many people on the site so perfect.
The staff were very attentive and present at the bottom of the courses in case of problems.
Beyond the tree climbing my daughter was able to do the short courses without material with me, inflatable games, maze all included in the Award.
I recommend this outing where time passes quickly. In addition very nice corners are set up to eat. The site is clean.

The organization for entering the park is amazing! For people who have booked in advance, they must have printed the paper tickets (from another time!!!) otherwise they will be forced to stand in the same queue as people who have not purchased their ticket... The two lines (with and without a ticket) are announced but we realize at the end of the way that there is only one queue so we are back at square one having lost places again.. Mind-blowing!!! 4 internal checkouts but only 2 open in the middle of a long weekend?!
More than 1 hour in line to reach the park with children is more than average... Organization to be reviewed urgently!

Nursery school at the end of the year, 120 students aged 3 to 6.
Positive points: - space dedicated to our group to store picnic bags
- activities suitable for toddlers in the great outdoors (course, maze, inflatable structures) with good visibility and in complete safety
- shaded picnic tables, trash cans nearby
- diplomas and small gifts given to the whole group
Negative points: - unsuitable toilets (size, quantity, location)
- lack of specific welcome on arrival, we had to queue like private visitors even though we had reserved 5/6 months ago
- non-potable water, employees had to be asked to fill water bottles in their own premises
In conclusion, the students had a great day, truly discovering the place and being able to wander around as they pleased. Perhaps a little too big as a place for an outing with kindergarteners and many schools at the same time, hence the importance of making small groups beforehand supervised by an adult, or signs of recognition (cap, bib ...). We would have appreciated having a more personalized welcome in order to immerse us more in the “Robin Hood” spirit desired by the site.

Great park with a perfect setting.
Period outfits and respected decoration. However several catches.
A red track start removed but still displayed on the map.
We had to ask 4 different staff to tell us a specific climbing trail before one of them could answer us.
Hanging on a bit expensive considering the wait for some groups or people to jump into the water over the obstacle(s). In addition, access to exit in the middle of the route is difficult to understand and there are no signs explaining how to proceed. The same goes for the jump at the end of the red track. 45 min to wait for a group of girls to decide to jump, causing a considerable wait for the people behind. No staff noticed so we all (15-16 people) waited for them to understand how the carabiner crossing worked and how to get over the secondary obstacle for those who did not want to jump.
A lot of children despite the indications displayed of the type: min 1.40cm, adult courses, etc.
The park remains nice but much smaller than I thought.
Some wood planks should be renovated, changed and tightened.
And explanatory panels put on the courses to understand how the “exit mechanism” and the jump works.
Parking is free so very good point on this side but small so difficult to park there during heavy traffic.
I think the park should lower its prices, even by one or two euros depending on the activity.

We took a starter for our 6 year old daughter for the special Halloween evening. I think it's a total shame to charge €7.50 per companion to stay downstairs... 2 of us had to pay €15 because it's no longer impossible for one of us to stay in the car because we don't We had no choice but to leave our car keys at the checkout in order to have the headlamp, also obligatory…. In short, the last time we set foot there

1) we are limited to white, green and blue treetops.
2) 1h20 blocked on the Saladin treetop (easy level, 6 stage). We asked the facilitator's attention several times without any action being taken. We took our trouble with patience: 1h20 for 6 steps.

Pleasant experience, especially for children. Having said that, we had a little difficulty orienting ourselves to find the right routes, some are very poorly indicated (to find them...), and on the explanatory panels of each route, the level of difficulty recorded does not necessarily reflect the real complexity of the route (especially for children). Finally, professional supervision, well present and available. However, I would like to point out the lack of tact and courtesy for some, very unkind, especially at the end of the day (last hour before closing!)

We discovered the place a bit randomly while i was looking for outdoor activities to do with my 3 children. The other activities parc were not yet open at that time of the year and we decided to give this parc a try. None of us have heard about it, so our expectations were low. We spent a great sunny day out there. The tree activities are really good comparmed to others we have done, and fairly challenging even for my experienced monkeys. A very good surprise on that front.
The archery was led by a passionate teacher, and was also a great time.
The other activities were either not opened yet (archery tag) or on that day (paint pall) for some reason the lady at the till tried to explain but was not very clear.
The local snack was also surprisingly nice, compared to the very bad and industrial food what you can get in general in those places. However there was not enough staff and the queue was massive (more than 1h30!) and put many people off.
All this to say, a very nice day, we had great fun, everybody (from my little one age 8, till my older one 14) enjoyed it very much. Definitely we’ll return (with a picnic next time).

Bonjour
