You really should stop here if you are in town for the Kentucky Artisan Center. The shop owners/artisans were great, informative, friendly. We had a wonderful time with Bob and Judy at the Lindsay Gallery. We requested custom made pendants to commemorate our trip for...More

Every shop we entered offered work in a different medium. And, we were greeted warmly at each location. If I'd had a million dollars, I would have easily spent it here. Just lovely, lovely stuff!

Nice walk-about with one excellent gift shop and several other very good shops as well -- located sort of mid-way between the southern Berea exit off of I-75 and Berea College.

A number of stores, but not all were open (they put a flag out if they are). Very nice crafts and sales people.

The area is known for pottery, wood working and weaving, and there are plenty of shops with hand made treasures from both students and masters. The wood boards and kitchen tools are very well made, and the pottery is both beautiful and functional.
