We took several distillery tours on our trip so this one doesn't stand out too much against the others. Still, it was a very good tour. The guide takes the group through the distillery to show the fermentation tanks, the still, etc. and then to...More

We did several distilleries on this trip. It was our first trip to Willett. The property is undergoing some renovation and will be really nice in 2019. One addition will be a small bed and breakfast, which,to my knowledge, is the only distillery to do...More

We visited Willetts and thoroughly enjoyed it. The tour was comprehensive and it’s interesting that they’re working to develop the facility as a destination. Bourbon was great.

Had already done 6-7 other distillery tours or tastings when I came here. Nice facility, and good product, but the tasting was somewhat less than I had hoped. The tasting is done standing. I much prefer a more relaxed setting. There was a brief monologue,...More

Had a brand new Tour Guide Carla and she did a fair job. We really would have liked a little more history and background about the family and distillery.

Let me start by saying, before anyone decides to hate on my blog, I understand there is nothing hidden about Willett’s whiskey or the distillery. However, for those same haters, have you heard of the Willett Family Estate Single Barrel Releases? Now that I have...More

Great tour with a local that knew the company inside and out and provided a personalized touch. You won't have to worry about it being commercialized and you will enjoy the tasting at the end!

Put this Artisan distillery on your 'Tour' when visiting Bardstown and be prepared to buy at least 1 bottle; many of which are hard to find outside of the Bluegrass. Don't pass up the tasting experience if you can't stay for the tour. Impressive line-up...More
