The property is beautiful. Enjoyed a picnic lunch with a bottle of wine following a tasting. There’s plenty of private seating on the patio and grounds. Discovered the bocce ball court too. Great afternoon trip from KC. Looking forward to going back soon.

My bachelorette party stopped at Nighthawk winery toward the end of the day. We did a tasting, bought some wine and then since they were closing up and were going to toss it otherwise, we got to try their sangria.

Nice people, nice wines. Like every vineyard, some varietals are better than others. Sample a bunch. buy the ones you like best. Along the way, you'll have a great time making your selection.

We visited here randomly with another couple. We really enjoyed our day here! We lucked out with a beautiful day from Mother Nature and after tasting some of the wines they offer, both couples got a bottle and we got to sit outside and enjoy live music in the shade of the beautiful old trees while gentle breeze blew. (I know, sounds like a Hallmark movie! haha) They also had a food truck there that day, but we had brought munchies and didn't order from them, but the food coming out of there looked very good. The staff here was really awesome and fun! We would definitely go back if we are in this area again!!

Nighthawk is the best winery in the area. Wines are great, and the atmosphere is wonderful. They often have live music, and offer yard games to play as well. There is sure to be a wine for anyone in your group to enjoy.

Excellent customer service and wine selection. The location was a very natural setting with indoor and outdoor seating. Food truck available for food (Farm Fusion) with freshly made meals, natural grain fed beef and pork, plus a sizable meat and cheese tray. The wine serving area was large, with room available for many people to experience various samples of delicious red and white wines. Taste sampling of wine were generous and served in regular glasses vs. small plastic tasting cups commonly used at other wineries. Outdoor patio provided ample seating area, along with bistro style table and chairs throughout the front, lawn area. Owner, Don Warring went out of his way to accomodate his guests providing seating and a large bonfire for warmth. A wonderful experience; my 2nd time visiting this winery.

Stopped in here after Somerset (see other review - not impressed) on way to Pleasanton. The lady behind the tasting counter was very nice and told us lots about the place. Even showed us a video on her phone on how they bottle their wine (they only do it 1X per year and get about 10,000 bottles done!). My wife is not big drinker, so said I'd buy the tasting (5 wines for $5) and she would just sip. The lady gave her her own glass and gave us each sample (mine was larger, but all wife wanted was a sip anyways). Very classy!

Long story short, we stayed on premesis and enjoyed a sangria drink and bought some of their wine (totally opposite of what our Somerset experience was). Recommend passing Somerset Winery and drive a mile down the street to Nighthawk.

Beautiful afternoon @ Night Hawk winery in payola Kansas. The live music was incredible-Laura Lisbeth! She was a delight to listen to and could sing like a bird. She engaged with the audience which made it so fun. We had a cheese and fruit platter and a bottle of wine. The wind was pretty tasty and reasonably price and the Cheese and fruit platter were delicious. Would definitely recommend this beautiful setting for a fun weekend afternoon.

My Wife and I visited this Winery and found it to be a very nice place to visit. We did the tasting ($5 for 5 taste). Afterwards, we went next door to sit in front of the fire with a glass of wine.

Had a wonderful day with friends. Drank some delish wine and they allowed us to bring a picnic. Will definitely go back. Pick a weekend with music for a special treat.
