Amazing venue, food and staff. Beautiful evening at the Tipis and the staff were just great despite the heat. Efficient, friendly and kind. Wonderful food. I can see why it’s a wedding venue!!

Had a walk round after lunch in tipis. As lovely and colourful as last time we visited. Have a gentle walk round to enjoy the place.

Birthday meal post covid
Apr 2021 • Friends
This was our first meal out after the lockdown, and what a great way to restart things. The whole venue is beautiful, from the car park entrance to the surrounding gardens. Thoroughly enjoyable. The staff here are great, obvious they were trying to get back into the swing of things, but great! The food was brilliant, really tasty for all 3 of our courses! We had a sharing platter to start, the steak main- seasoned beautifully, and the chocolate brownie dessert. All superb! I’d love to visit again, although I understand they’ll be switching back to weddings soon!

Wow! We visited the new Tipis Restaurant to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary after getting married at the venue. We didn't think we could love the venue any more but we were still blown away! The staff were amazing as always, the decor is gorgeous and the food devine! Best meal out I have ever ha Thank you - we can't wait to return.

Absolutely beautiful day
Sep 2019 • Friends
Attended my friends wedding and couldn’t have had a more perfect day!! The married couple were so thrilled with the organisation of their special day and meant they could really enjoy the day fully without any stress. The photos reflected this, and the gardens were just beautiful. Such a pleasure for the guests to walk round, and an amazing way to capture memories having many photos taken whilst walking through the labarynth like gardens. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food fantastic. Only issue I had was putting the bride on my shoulders and giving myself an achy back the next day!! All worth it though.

IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND BE IGNORED!
Jan 2020
My partner and I fell in love with the venue back in 2018 and immediately wanted to book it. We booked through the gardens and was so excited to be having our wedding on 2nd September this year. Unknown to us is that at the beginning of the year the company that The Gardens uses (which we weren't aware of) went into liquidation, and conveniently a new company called Glow took over and took over £2,000 of our money! All of this done without notifying us! Now this new company have said they would do us a favour by allowing us to keep our date and put on our day 'for free'. Except it's not for free given they had already taken over £2,000 all whilst being very difficult when we we tried to make rearrangements for our wedding! Unfortunately due to them being very difficult and all round not accepting any liability we made the difficult decision to cancel with The Gardens as we no longer trusted them. That being said they still have £2,700 of our money !!!! I would highly recommend you do your research before booking a wedding at this venue, I wouldn't want any other hard working couples to be in the same situation we are now :(

What an amazing venue
Jun 2019 • Family
Attended my brothers wedding on the 25th June and this place was amazing it left us in awe of such a beautiful day, the staff were amazing, food delicious and the setting was to die for, made a wonderful canvas for photos all in all this place is a 10/10, I would 100% recommend this place. We have autistic teens and they even found them a safe room to get out from all the noise of the celebrations.
Even aloud the brides dog to be the ring bearer!

BEAUTIFUL WEDDING
May 2019 • Couples
Attended our friends wedding. Fantastic venue, amazing grounds, truley beautiful, with all good food and service, apart from the bar. Peroni was £6 per pint, fair enough, but the beer lines were dirty, it was served in a nonic ale glass, rather than a specific nucluated Peroni glass, they then ran out less than an hour into the evening reception. The same can be said of the Guinness, ie wrong glass, and very dirty beer lines, which is why i'm wrting this reveiw as it has truley upset my stomach, and also my friends, whom was also drinking Guinness. Added to all this all pints being served were being underpoured, which is obviously a management policy to do so. Its quite an insult to be expected to pay a premium price for illegally underpoured beer, in the wrong worn glasses, through dirty lines causing flat and tasteless beer, leading to upset stomaches the following day. The choice of draught products is pretty poor, unless you are a lager drinker, too bad if you prefer ale, which many, many in our party do. When you know you have about 200 people coming to your venue, i would expect far better. My thoughts were echoed by many on the night. Very disapointing.
