This landscape has been created from peat cuttings. Makes a peaceful walk any time of year - but the best time to visit is evenings in June or July for a chance to spot glow worms. Another fen close by is Roydon and Lopham Fen...More

This is a small woods with a reed bed in the middle that has a viewing platform, only takes 45 mins to walk around it using the board walks. Redgrave and Lopham also close by with its visitor centre.

This is a good walk, close to the town and all the amenities there. If you take the dog, please bring your bags and clear up as required.

Remote, idyllic Fen ,run by Naturalists Trust ideal for quiet contemplation of countryside. Might see a rare Raft Spider in one of the small ponds on a walk. Small, informative visitor centre.

There is a board walk for most of this walk but it is not very wide so not really suitable for wheelchairs, buggies or children as it is level with the surrounding water. Some of the areas without a boardwalk are a bit muddy so...More
