Chili Fest was a great time...lots of choices for chili's, soups etc...prices average for that type of event. Weather on Sat. 13th of October 2018 was great! Salt Creek Oktoberfest beer is the bomb!! Everyone was friendly and happy!

The old town along and just off Main Street is an excellent historic district with old buildings, interesting shops, and places to visit.

So many beautiful old homes and buildings. Madison has the biggest historic district in the state. Love the architecture.

The town is always very clean, with a lot of flowers around. The people are all very friendly.So many shops to look at it takes all day.

My wife and I visited this bookstore, and bought a book, on August 12, 2018. The young man behind the counter, Sean, I think, was cool. But the star was his puppy, Huckleberry. There's also a cute cat that lives there.

Sorry, I’m not sure. We were downtown on Monday, of Memorial Weekend. Shops were open then. Maybe if you google the stores.

I am not sure if you can tour courthouse or not. We never asked. I took pictures of exterior. We were too busy enjoying other attractions.
