Georgian Christmas in the house very well done and volunteers provided interesting feedback. Lights at front of the House and rear magnificent. Mulled wine and spiced apple very welcome on a cold evening. Nice idea to extend lighting to the walled garden this year but...More

Fortunate enough to live 50 minutes away from Blickling. First time we've been at Christmas though. My husband, 94 year old mother and myself all thought the house had been decorated beautifully and the lights in the garden were so lovely. All very tasteful. Staff...More

I must say that I was disappointed with my visit to Blickling Hall. The hall itself is stunning in a beautiful background in lovely parkland. The weather was glorious and there were fluffy clouds with blue sky and the building looked magnificent. I was not...More

The house and the Christmas lights this year are even better than last year. The house itself has a Georgian theme and the rooms are decorated beautifully. There has been a lot of effort put in to this and is well worth seeing. Outside the...More

The house this year is beautifully decorated with an elegant Georgian Christmas theme with a 1930’s twist. Everyone involved with creating the display have excelled, its really worth a visit. The garden light displays are magical too, don’t miss the walled garden!

What a wonderful display to help get in the Christmas mood. The decorations in the house are impressive and certainly represent a lot of skill and hard work by the dedicated volunteers at Blickling. The lights in the gardens likewise are amazingly effective with the...More

Usually go to a National Trust property to see them dressed for Christmas and get us in festive mood. While staying in Norwich went to Blickling this year, we went about midday having previously booked online and were a little disappointed with the house decorations...More

I’d go to Sandringham, although there’s not so much you can look at in the house itself, there’s the lovely gardens and a museum which is excellent.
