Great menu for all and delicious, well cooked and presented food. We visited 3 times because we loved the ambience and the friendly service. It’s a quaint spot up the cobbled street of pretty Heptonstall

Spent days visiting Heptonstall and both nights called in The White Lion for tea. Really fantastic food and warm friendly genuine hospitality was found there. Highly recommend.

Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome here an in many other pubs. There is a coffee shop down in Hebden Bridge, called "The Lamppost" which caters especially for dogs and their owners.
