The River Walk is nice, expecially at night. Could be more developped with more restaurants and terrasse, not just bars. The cruises are fun to do, but make sure you pick one with a knowledgeable guide. We did two, with two different companies and one...More

The Chicago River goes right through the heart of the city. We used the yellow water taxi's many times during our weeks stay there and felt it was a great, cheap way of exploring the city by water. One price gets you any destination, so...More

We did the Chicago river walk as well as a tour aboard the "Little Lady" which not only toured the river, but we went into the lock and Lake Michigan too. The view is beautiful!
