This is a wonderful area along the lakefront. There is an amazing playground area for kids and then rock climbing and other activities for the rest. The flowers are abundant, butteries and dragonflies and just enormous beauty!

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency on Wacker for the AKA tournament. A quick walk from our hotel to the park allowed my sons a break from the tournament, and nostalgic fun on the playground equipment.

This was the best ice skating "rink" we have ever seen! It is really more like a trail. Fantastic view of the skyline! There is a snack bar to get coffee and hot chocolate - we all loved it!

Sea dog is cool. 5 year olds love candy. Try Dylan's on the magnificent mile. Museum of science and industry is the coolest museum on the planet in my opinion. Good choice. Field museum and aquarium are both very cool too... More
