It was very hot so the animals were not very active - but that kind of made it fun to try and find them. There was a large selection of animals.

Very nice zoo and a lot of animals, for the fact that it is free. We get to see the animals up close. There could be more restaurant food court type. The kids will love it.

Free, but parking is costly at $30. Clean, shady, good for strollers. Wonderful carousel for kiddos at only $3. Good exhibits. Wonderful nature boardwalk. Within waking distance of great places to eat around Lincoln Park area and Old Town

Not sure if there has been some sort of zoo breakout or escape but lots of the enclosures were empty. It’s A bit churlish to complain as there’s no official entrance fee (donations recommended) but with no sign of polar bears, wolves and other key...More

Street parking! Stockton runs along the west side of the zoo. Park between Fullerton or Dickens for easy access to the entrances. Enjoy!!
