Soaring 1,000 feet over Michigan Avenue, 360 CHICAGO is one of the city’s most iconic attractions. Located on the 94th floor of the John Hancock Center, 360 CHICAGO (formerly John Hancock Observatory) offers breathtaking views of Chicago’s skyline, the lakefront and four neighboring states. It’s also the only place you can enjoy TILT – Chicago’s highest thrill ride! This one-of-a-kind marvel tilts guests out from the 94th floor and provides the most exhilatering views of Chicago. Relax at the Observation Deck’s bar & cafe, offering local favorites, large cocktail selection, and front-row seating to the city’s best views from 1,000 feet high. Engage with Chicago’s unique history through the concourse neighborhood exhibit and interactive learning displays in seven languages that allow you to learn even more about the Windy City. We had a fantastic time at the top taking pictures and would do it all over again, but the line was LONG. It kept winding through different rooms so was hard to estimate when the end would be. We ended up being about as long...More

We lived in Chicago for years but visited as tourists. We went on a cold and clear day so the views in all directions were excellent. Do take your time when going through the exhibits in the entry level; they give great background on the...More

Visited in mid afternoon and stayed for the sunset view. Views were spectacular and sunset very nice. Good glasses of wine added to the experience. Price of admission somewhat high, but spent a very pleasant couple of hours there. Would recommend.

A definite must visit as you can see the whole of Chicago from a birds eye view. Make sure you check the weather forecast in advance and also book your tickets well in advance. Overall a wonderful experience.

They have a bar on top of the building where you can enjoy a drink while looking at the city and lake Michigan, You can need to wait a couple minutes to get a table but is worth it!

This was one of our favorite activities for our group of 10, including our wheelchair bound companion. Beautiful view and friendly staff. Avoid Tall Ship Windy if you're handicapped, even if you call in advance and confirm while being charged more fees than you've already...More

Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan
Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent
Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago
River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out
neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the
place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with
shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and
dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale.
