I can’t tell you if the Willis Tower is worth it or not as each time we tried to visit during our weekend in Chicago, the wait time (with tickets already purchased online) was two and a half hours. As small children generally aren’t keen...More

This is my third time willis tower. Other times, I have been satisfied with my visits but not this time. There is couple things. Be bought tickets online beforehand for 10.00am slot thinking, that there would be some benefit of doing that. Wrong, there is...More

View was wonderful but the process to visit the sky deck was horrible. The tower has four viewing platforms. However, the attendants, lack of attendants or lack of signs failed to provide any direction to visit the main attraction. This allows multiple people to “cut”...More

We showed up for General admission on Saturday 6-23 at 9:30. At that point was not too busy. We never waited in line until we were up on the glass waiting to take pictures. There are three lines. My advice if you don’t have a...More

Advice. Try not to go during peek hours. Get the citypass. It is worth it because the general admissions line is long as hell and if you are going with other people as soon as you go up make sure somebody goes to stand in...More

For less than $30 you can get great views of the city and step out on the ledge of glass from over 100 stories up. The ledge is crazy! Your knees begin to shake just looking down but you can’t help but step out anyway!

We went up when the staff was saying there wasn't much visability and we weren't disappointed. Amazing views, no lines and we loved the ledge you got to stand on where you could see straight down. It was definitely worth the money to have such...More

If you are looking for a great view of the lake and the city from above, this is the place. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the cost. With a family, it gets very expensive to visit sites like these....More

I'm a little scared of heights, but I didn't want to let my family down. We went on a Monday afternoon and had to wait about 30 minutes, but it was very cool.

Great views, ample opportunities to buy overpriced merchandise ($30+ for a photo), long lines (arrived 15 mins before opening, queue almost around the block) but those lines did move efficiently and they break it up with interesting facts on the walls and a photo op,...More

Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a
good starting point to sample the city's energy and

Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier

Your stay at the top can easily be done in 2 hours, but your total time will depend on the wait in line. Go late and lines are much shorter. And avoid spring break!
