We took our party barge up the river and under the bridge and were lucky enough to see several base jumpers parachuting off the bridge. It was fun!

We came to this area after Labor Day, hoping their MIGHT be kayak rentals, but the season was done. We walked out on the docks, just to check out the river, when a pontoon pulled up, dropping off a group of BASE jumpers. The driver,...More

Centennial Park was developed and upgraded around ten years ago. The Rotarians helped build the pavilion down there and it was the site for the Jazz in the Canyon for many years. Now it is a great family spot for hiking, fishing, boating (non-wake) -...More

We rented a double kayak for 2 hours, and that was plenty of time to go well beyond the Perrine Bridge. Easy paddle, and very refreshing on a hot day. Lots of people enjoying the Snake River.

The drive down to the park is actually the highlight, as you drop into the canyon. Once you are down there, it's pretty, but not special. Boat rentals are available and a kayak ride on the Snake is a lot of fun.

Very interesting place to visit and explore. The City of Twin Falls does and excellent jog of providing all necessary equipment for boating. Great for families and very reasonable.

Staying a couple nights here in Twin Falls. Decided to head over to the river after dinner to check it out. There a couple spots to stop at on the way down to the park with very nice views of the bridge and river. There’s...More

We visited with family who lives in town and rented some kayaks to paddle on the Snake River. The whole family had a blast and it was nice to cool off in the water. The play structure was great for our crew - ages 1.5-5yrs.

This is one of our favorite places to launch our kayaks. You can go upstream (which is just as easy as downstream since the wind is almost always at your back) and paddle under the Perrine Bridge, watch the BASE jumpers up close, and on...More

Centennial Park (free...close to Perrine Bridge) has a tricky trail around an excellent waterfall. There are many other trails, short and long. There is also a kids playground, a boat launch (and rentals), etc. Hikers with a short time would likely better enjoy this location...More

Yes unless it's really crowded, we were there in early spring so the park was deserted, so it's a little hard to answer your question. Safe bet that summertime there it's probably definitely crowded!
