I love City Beach. Great park, picnic areas, ball courts, etc... Everything you'd want from a park. The sandy beach itself is good too. The problem is the geese. Sure, they're fun to look at, but look what you are stepping in anywhere you go....More

We enjoyed a beautiful Sunday afternoon at the beach in September. Beach was clean and lots of fun for everyone. We highly recommend the Trinity restaurant, also. And the boat cruises!

Suggest a traveler best check on local events. We traveled there without checking local event and all of down town area was blocked off do to a large event running race. We could not get to the beach so went on up North.

The City Beach is truly a gem! Very few small towns have a site that can literally take your breath away it is so beautiful.

We have swam there once last year and this year also. The beach is was always clean and well maintained. Area roped off for swimmers and restrooms well kept with changing stations inside them. Very clean water !
