The surrounds are so beautiful. There is a great trailhead here called Crown Point and it's a lovely trail that his in the outskirts of the campground and around a part of the lake. Spectacular views all around. Nice campground.

We went Ice fishing for Perch. the only thing that went wrong was that the permit that you get to pay your day use. They should really check the box before leaving love notes on our pickup. But a very nice place.

We visited Cascade Lake to watch the solar eclipse in August 2017 - such a pretty place! Definitely check it out if you are in the area.
