Several sources led us to believe the hike was anywhere from .8 of a mile to 1.1 mile one way. My Fitbit tracked it at 1.25. The trail was mostly level but not paved. The falls were beautiful and worth the hike regardless. 2 reasons...More

This path is not as easy as Anna Ruby Falls but it was worth the effort. The falls are pretty good but a section of the return path has been destroyed by a fallen tree, so you must return the way you go down.

Can only give it a 4 out of 5 since the walkway to the best viewing location was crushed under a fallen tree and had not been repaired while we were there. All in all a good hike, a little over 2 miles round trip....More

This was a bit more strenuous walk for us (elderly and not in great shape) in the beginning and end but still able to do it at a slower pace. The falls are beautiful and there is a nice area to sit and relax.

We went to the falls and it was a nice tough walk for the lil ones, it was nice to see the falls and hear the river run as you walk next to it. we will do this again.

First falls we visited. The trail is not entirely paved but it was ok to hike. The observation deck was closed for repairs but there was still places to get good pictures. Nice to visit. We had an experience as you start down the trail....More

I knew this was going to be a good hike when we pulled into the parking lot and saw a bear run across the lot. Easy walk down the 1 mile trail and not that much more difficult coming back up. Not sure why they...More

This is an easy, well maintained, wide, out and back trail that descends through a stunning mountain valley. The geography and flora along the way are beautiful, and the sounds and glimpses of the creek along the way are refreshing. The valley itself is several...More

Parking is simple- stick $4 in an envelope and display the mirror-hanger tag. The trail head is very fancy, loads of railings and boardwalk. Easy hike, mostly perfectly flat. Be prepared for a couple sets of stairs that are >4 stairs and somewhat steep. What...More

Well, keep in mind three things: 1. the trail does have very narrow and rocky parts to it, 2. there will be others on the trail and the trail goes to a small "goat path" in places, causing you to walk single file in places... More
