The powder-like white sand is beautiful and always cool to walk on. The approximate 2 miles of beach is wide and a low slope into the water. We have spent hours about 200 feet from shore ride the waves with water from waist to chest...More

Softest sand I have ever felt, pure white. Shells galore. Beautiful sun sets. Water is very calm with lapping waves.

There is a concession stand that has the usual with hamburgers but Siesta Key Village just a bit down from the beach has a number of restaurants offering just about anything from pizza to fish and chips to steak dinners.
