My meal came out with salt on the chips, surely my choice to have salt..
Chips were greasy and just about warm..
Sat waiting for cutlery for at least 5 minutes. Eggs overcooked..
Sauce bottle near enough empty.....More
This pub is quite local to myself , i visited here occasionally with friends or with family , always a good atmosphere, nice people go in there , friendly and helpful staff , a cracking little beer garden , I recommend coming here :-)

Great beers, great atmosphere and friendly bar staff. If you like your real ales then there’s always a great choice plus all the regular beers - it’s my local and that’s because it’s the best pub in the area by miles.
Called in for a after work Christmas drink.
The bar was busy but the staff quick and efficient.
The drinks prices weren’t cheap but that’s the norm nowadays.
It is a little dated but that’s probably character and I like that.
Family were visiting from "abroad" and were planning to visit an alternate local hostelry with a view to partaking of a certain local Ale, so it was with some personal risk that I recommended that we try "The Tav" instead.
