Overview
More
Española Way is a historic street between 14th and 16th street on Miami Beach, stretching from Washington Avenue to the western corners of Drexel Avenue. Española Way is a quaint and picturesque Spanish-inspired village designed in Mediterranean Revival style. In May 2017, the City of Miami Beach invested and completed a $2.5 million revitalization project on the pedestrian-only street. Today, Española Way is experiencing a renaissance, living out the intentions of those who built it nearly a century ago. It is a festive street where locals and travelers congregate to commiserate, create and celebrate.

Española Way is a cute very little street, the keyword on little!... You can walk it in 2 minutes, I am not kidding. The hanging lights make it a very nice spot for photos. I went to an Italian restaurant that was located there and...More

Espanola Way was designed in the '30's, we think, to look like a Mediterranean village, in the last place you'd expect to find one. It is short, only about a city block long, but lined pink stucco buildings with tile roofs, and sidewalk cafes serving...More

A very fun street where no cars are permitted. Outdoor dining and people watching. The restaurants are an international mix of Cuban (Havana 1957) , Italian, French, Mexican and Spanish. There is music and a lively crowd under the hanging lights. Feels like a street...More

Hey, if you are a local, they are offering more and more locals discounts. You used to be able to find this on Ocean Drive, but not really any more. Rich combination of small retail and a variety of restaurants. Everything from Brazilian to Italian...More

Espanola Way is a very nice pedestrian street filled with restaurants. The location is quite nice. A good place to have an outdoor meal. Espanola is within easy walking distance of Ocean Drive.

Practically all the restaurants are italian, serving pizza and italian ingredients so you can't call it the espanola way. In anycase I can suggest to come here as it is a nice place

Yes. Some family members stayed here last week. It was exceedingly noisy even though they were given roons at the back! Hotel provided ear plugs. The restaurants are lively and noisy.

I don't think bikes would be an issue - it was only blocked off for cars. As long as you take care around pedestrians you should be fine.
