We visit this park often, as it's very close to our neighborhood. Technically walking distance, but we usually choose to ride our bicycles over, or drive if we are taking our dog for a walk (she tires a bit more easily). There are several picnic...More

Peck Lake Park is a pretty, quiet, little park just off Gomez Avenue in Hobe Sound. It is kind of a well kept secret. Adequate parking. Not crowded very often, even in season. A great place for just hanging out or to bring a picnic...More

Peck Lake trail is a great little hike that isn't long but the views at the end are awesome. The trail is very well marked and mostly wood decking through the Mangroves that ends right on the Intra-Coastal. One of Hobe Sound's hidden little gems....More

Even though it's not that long it's a great walking trail on a boardwalk. The end result is the interglacial waterway with boats and kayakers.
