Another quality, clean, large (if tide is out) beach to visit if in the Dornoch area. Easy access for grannies heilan home campsite, quieter than Dornoch beach, lovely views round the coast, perfect for families.

To the person who found the old pier and thought that was the beach needs their head looking at.when you drive through the caravan park take a left and keep the Dornoch Firth on your right , find the public parking and fallow the path...More

A lovely beach but hard to find! Look for the football pitch and then follow the mowed grassy path beside it down to the beach. Enjoy the wildflowers along the way. OR drive through Grannie's Heilan Hame caravan park to access the public parking lot...More

This gem of a beach could be anywhere in the world, whits sands and crystal clear blue water combined with amazing weather resulted in this place representing a Caribbean island!!

Stayed at Parkdean Caravan Park better known as "Grannies Heilan Hame" we visited beach often. Sunsets and sunrises lovely.

Stunning beach with lovely views both daytime and at sunset. Very clean - didn't see any litter at all. Great for a little walk.

I know there is a Caravan and campsite sign near Dornoch which is nearby if that helps
