If you want to just chill out and take rest, it is the best place to visit. Its altitude is quite high and may take time to acclimatize, but the experience is so calming.

One needs to procure a permit from Thimphu to travel to Haa Valley (interiors). Else, this can also be viewed from Chelela Pass view point. This is a very Scenic place. Must visit.

It depends on your interests. If you would like to see more authentic Bhutan, Haa would be a relevant destination as there are many old traditional buildings.
