Risum Resort is good one. If you are travelling on budget, you can stay in Homestays - Ugyen Homestay and hospitality is good in case you want to experience local Bhutanese culture, cuisine and people.

It depends on your interests. If you would like to see more authentic Bhutan, Haa would be a relevant destination as there are many old traditional buildings.
