Great place to bring high school students to learn about local history and folklure. Hands on. Very informative about neighborhoods and history of town development. Extensive photographs of the town during revolutionary war, civil war and industrial revolution.

If you are interested in local history, this is the place. The have an extensive library. There are permanent and rotating, seasonal exhibits. They have several other buildings which, from time to time are open.
