Beautiful National Trust village. Staff at Castle inn are really friendly and the food and setting is excellent. Beautiful garden and 5% discount for N T members.

The Castle, having just reopened after a new owner and a major refit, was in all matters a very welcoming and enjoyable place to spend an afternoon. Weather was good enough to sit out in the garden and watch the numerous birds and few butterflies....More

It is really nice pub in the amazing village of Chiddingstone. We could not try the meals, but it has lovely garden and nice local ales. Nice finish to our visit to Chiddingstone
