We came across this spot on a recent trip to St Rafael, great location on the edge of SF bay, benches and barbecues in situ for a great family/friends time. Plenty of room to escape/explore.

Often overlooked China Camp is a great spot for a mountain bike ride, hike, picnic or overnight camp. The mountain biking is a mix a fire road and very good single track. Great views, beautiful spot and very quiet. Highly recommend

I've lived in Marin for 30 years and did not realize the importance of Chinese fishing in the area. Very enriching. Lovely beach for a picnic.
