We literally walk from our house in Kentfield through Ross to the lake Phoenix Park, around the lake and back, all in two hours. Beautiful Marin countryside and small reservoir lake. Also starting point for many other hikes in those hills.

Phoenix lake is a wonderful hiking place for all levels. It is sometimes hard to find a parking spot since this is a very popular space and parking is limited. Worth the visit!
