About
The Parrish Family's roots run deep in the Paso Robles & Atascadero area. In 1927, the Parrish and Henderson families settled here and planted 720 acres of varietals. Earl Henderson was one of the founding fathers of Atascadero and in turn, received P.O. Box 1, the first P.O. Box in Atascadero. As an homage to the Parrish's grandfather, Earl Henderson, we have attributed one of our labels, P.O. Box 1, in honor of him. The Parrish family has a deep attachment to tradition and the love for the Paso Robles area which provides us the opportunity to carry on the legacy of producing amazing wines. We strive for excellence in both our wine making process and our vineyard operations. Notes for Visit: Please no smoking and no outside food. Thank you for your understanding and we do have food onsite! We welcome supervised dogs and children. We offer non alcoholic beverages as well.

We like this place so much that we came from Florida, mainly Parrish Family Vineyard in our minds. I am not so fond of California wines in general (being European) but this wine can be recommended to everybody, even the most critical wine connoisseur.
In addition, the atmosphere, the food and especially Erin, our server, makes every visit an experience. She is so kind and very knowledgeable. She likes what she is doing and it shows. Thank you Erin, we will be out there again this week. Just for a few days to visit my favorite winery.

Hi Jutta!
Thank you so much for coming back out to CA to visit us! I know it is tough to visit being on the other side of the country. I remember talking about that with you many moons ago. :)
I'm so happy you have been enjoying your time with us this year despite it being 2020. I know Erin does a fabulous job and I'm so glad you have gotten to spend time with her. Thank you for your kind words.
We appreciate you and look forward to when we can have you back with us! In the mean time, I hope our bottles keep the memories alive. :)
Cheers!

We had a delightful visit to start off our day of tasting. The tasting room is beautifully decorated, comfortable yet spacious and affords a lovely view through large picture windows. Our server Lupita was charming, sweet and well informed. Had it been a little warmer day, we might have tried the outdoor patio with its red umbrellas and lots of feathered friends, but we were very happy to be warm and cozy inside this time. We had a difficult time choosing wines to take with us, since we enjoyed all that we tried, but we finally settled on the rose and the “Four Chords” red blend that is apparently homage to the winemaker’s musical background.
I look forward to coming back one day soon to hear live music on the patio and to sample some of the amazing food offerings!

The vineyard is absolutely gorgeous and should be seen. We sat outside for our tasting and were able to hear birds and look out over the property as we enjoyed our wee bits of wine. The young woman that poured our wine was knowledgeable, maybe a tiny bit pretentious but not enough to be outputting. It is a boutique winery so wine is a bit pricey in my opinion. But that being said it is California.. They have food available but we didn't try it.

We had never heard of Parrish Family Vineyards until we had a bottle of their wine at dinner on our first night in Paso Robles. It was delicious!! We were actually visiting another winery when we passed it. So we turned around and dropped in without an appointment strictly to buy some wine. Easiest sell ever!! Francisco was so polite and let us "taste" without an appointment. We joined the wine club and can't wait to receive our order. I know we will enjoy every drop. I'm sorry we didn't get to have the full tasting/information experience, but we were in a hurry and fulfilled our goal of purchasing this wonderful wine.

Delicious wines! Excellent food pairing (We had a lamb and ground beef patty melt and paired it with the Silk wine! Outstanding)!! It was a phenomenal afternoon with Lupita guiding us through the tasting experience. Lupita's joy of the wine, and sharing the history of the Parrish Family Vineyard made our day grand. We were so excited that the winery was able to ship to Ohio, we decided to join the Parrish Family Vineyard wine club. This was our best wine tasting experience in Paso! Thank you Parrish Family and thank you Lupita!

Truly you feel right at home here! The veranda was such a fun place to spend some afternoon time with good wines. Ron and David kept the party going and were very kind to our *slightly* rowdy group of girls. Thanks for a great visit!

Took us as walk ins and enjoyed a wonderful tasting of five great wines. Excellent service and beautiful facility. $30 per tasting but worth it.

We had a wonderful experience of food pairings prepared by an amazing chef with a flight of wines. The food was delicious, as well as the wine. The view was beautiful, overlooking their family Vineyard.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were educated on each wine before we tasted it. The owner came to our table and introduced himself to us and welcomed us to his Vineyard.
Loved our time there!

We just visited Parrish Family Vineyard for the first time and fell in love with this winery!! We had a private tasting and tour by the owner and winemaker, David Parrish and it was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! David is passionate about wine, is so friendly and down-to-earth, and taught us so much during our time there. We all became wine club members and cannot wait to go back!! The winery is absolutely beautiful and so warm and welcoming...and the wine, well....it's the BEST!!!!

Hi Tara!
I'm so glad you as well as your party could join us via Toast Tours (love them)! I'm happy my dad could give the experience as you are hearing it from the man himself. :D It was great to talk to you briefly on the phone. Thank you so much to all of you for joining the wine club and I look forward to meeting you in the future!
Cheers & Best Wishes!

Our visit was spectacular, including all the employees and in particular the wine. The property and tasting room are beautiful. The tasting fee at $25 is medium/high (for Paso), but for my taste their reds, and specifically the 2015 Cab, are among the best in the Paso area.
