I certainly recommend visiting the the Cathedral as it is an architectural marvel, and its sense of verticality impressive. The structure is mainly glass and concrete but is slightly warmed by the extensive use of wood. As interesting as the architecture is, it is unsuited...More

I was working down the street as the cathedral was being built. It was fascinating to watch the construction. Especially, when the wooden ribs were exposed. But in the end we are left with a daring design that is simply underwhelming. Dwarfed by the class...More

As long as it is light outside it should be easily visible. We were there mid day, until about 4 in the afternoon for a special event. It was overcast, but still clearly visible.
