Fun hike to waterfall. 3.2 miles round-trip. Saw bear scat and a bee hive that was underground. The springs were very relaxing....but don't sit by the incoming water pipe....uber-hot!

The hot springs pool makes this state park my husband's favorite since he is a hot springs junkie. Be sure to call the park ((530) 694-2248) because opening days and times for the pool vary during the year. The campground is very busy, so make...More

Great place to go and relax and have fun. Hot mineral pool and cold swimming pool make this a great place to soak your worries away. Great for singles, couples, and families. Awesome hiking trail to waterfalls. Lots of wildlife, be sure your car windows...More

Nice campground. Most spots are spacious and shady. No water faucet at each campsite. But there is one close by. Bathrooms were pretty clean and nice. Our favorite part was some very nice hiking. Especially the hike to the waterfall. Don’t be fooled at the...More

A stunning mountain setting. The facility is clean and efficiently operated. The facility is not large and I’m told sometimes reaches its capacity wrt numbers of customers.

My son suggested we try the natural hot Springs spa in Grover State Park on a recent visit to Tahoe. Having never been before, I was pleasantly surprised by how there was no sulfur odor that I expected. A lovely cool pool to dip into...More

This is a decent way to spend an hour. It is a really nice feature to find in a State Park. There is a large hot pool and a larger swimming pool which is colder but still somewhat heated. The air here is always fresh...More

We went on Dec 24th. Nice short hike to the waterfalls. Very pretty in winter. The hot springs facility left things to be desired. Small changing area and single shower. Make sure you go to the inlet to feel the incoming water.
