The theater is still in a very good condition and is well maintained. The chairs were recently replaced and the sound facilities are excellent.

Lacking secure parking and kiosk facilities.

We went to a performance of the Drakensberg Boys Choir. They gave an excellent performance and many thought their rendition of Silent night, Holy night was a cut above the rest.

We had never been to the ERT before watching Silvan Zingg’s Boogie Woogie Blues Piano performance. What a remarkable experience! Not only was the performance brilliant but the theatre is fantastic! The theatre is impeccably run and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Being short, I was concerned that my view would be obstructed if someone sat in front of me – boy was I wrong. The seats are on a wonderful incline. I could see everything and more! There was plenty of leg space and the seating was comfortable. We drove from Centurion to Sasolburg to watch the show and it was well worth the drive. We will do it soon again. What a wonderful experience! Date Visited: 17 March 2018

Good theatre, nicely upgraded, friendly management, overall good experience. Worth the travel in the Vaal triangle to see a theatre production.

A great medium size theater with comfortable seats and a good view of the stage from any seat. They present great shows on a regular basis.

I have visited the theatre for numerous shows and they have all been of the best quality. Always something different combined with the usual full house shows. Wonderful theatre with all the best amenities and sound quality of the best. Highly recommended theatre to visit

I had my first job here in 1989 as a usher, waiter and concierge. During my time we had many of the top opera, ballet, Artists, drama, bands, choirs, artists, orchestras, revues and many more at this venue. It was always well Supported by the main sponsor Sasol. The acoustics were unparalleled with good lighting, stage setup and large back stage dressing rooms. Unfortunately the venue is not used that much anymore but still an iconic landmark in Sasolburg arts landscape
