This was an unexpected bonus on our trip from Ljubljana to Plitvice Lakes. Its great to see a Chateau well preserved and being utilised as an educational tool for the local children. Its free to get it in, so we left a donation. Great views...More

A nice Middle Ages castle . First built in 14 century. In 16 century the guarding towers were built . In 2 world war was bombed and in the late 60 years rebuilt .

Nice valley of Krka river, sunny weather and little town with a ruin. I expected that something will be new, better, different or more attractive after a year of the last visit. They didn't change anything. Just some new monuments stand in a park near...More

Beautiful castle with a lot of towers and near river Krka. Close to the castle is parking and good restaurant.

Impressive medieval castle, partialy ruine, is located centraly in Zuzemberg. This medieval fortress is rising above the Krka river. During summer months festivities are held in the castle courtyard, including knight costume games.
